Personality and Behaviour Workshop (half-day, online or offline)
This engaging and fun workshop for brand decision makers is built around the 12 Brand Archetypes. It will guide you in creating a unique personality for your brand/business and give you practical knowledge on how to apply it in communication, whether it’s an Instagram post or a sales brochure. It will also help with decisions beyond communication, such as pricing, community building and sustainability activities. Once the archetypal mix is chosen, the wider team can be onboarded and involved in generating ideas and co-creating your brand’s irresistible personality.
Desired Self Portrait Workshop (half-day, offline)
Inspired by a well-known Chinese Portrait game for children, this workshop will unleash you team’s creativity, and help define your brand’s desired persona, style and view on life. Together we will create a portrait of your brand in pictures and words to bring to life its unique identity, values and flare. This will give your team a world of ideas and help to communicate in a confident and consistent way.

Our role is to help you shape it, articulate it and put it on paper so that you can tell it to the world. At the end of the program you will receive a 10-15 page brand strategy document that will become the foundation of your success and growth.

We work with businesspeople to improve their leadership and overall performance. This program is bespoke as each client has a different profile, time availability, and desired outcomes. Desired Self tailors the coaching to suit each client’s requirements and the specific goals they want to achieve. We use Hogan Assessments to help build the right development plan together.
